The organization has the right to merge and/or adjust weight categories and/or age categories if justified (eg if participation in certain categories is insufficient).

Mats / judoka

8 mats, a maximum of 550 judoka

Coaches and supervisors

1 to 10 participants: 1 coach wristband
10 to 20 participants: 2 coach wristbands
20 to 30 participants: 3 coach wristbands etc.

 

In the sports hall only coaches/supervisors with a clearly visible wristband are admitted. Exchange the old wristband for a new one when you change coaches. Coaches/supervisors are responsible for the behavior of their Judokas.

Registration

Invited are all Dutch judo clubs affiliated with the J.B.N (Dutch Judo Association) and several foreign unions.

 

Please register the participants by downloading the Friese Masters registration form from our  download page and send it, completely filled in, by email to: friesemasters@gmail.com.

 

Make sure you receive a confirmation by email after registration!

Registration fee

The registration fee is € 15,00 per participant. Please transfer the total amount to:

Purpose  : Name of the club and number of participants.

Closing date

The closing date is March 23, 2024. Participation will be definitive after receiving the total amount of registration fees.

Awards

Medals and certificates for places 1-3 (U10 and U12 multiple medals)
Trophies for top three of best performing clubs
Tournament T-shirts for all participants

Accreditation cards

Will be sent to your contact person by email amply before the tournament date, together with all other relating information.

Weigh-in

All participants must weigh before the start of the competitions, at the time mentioned on the participants accreditation card.

 

Any overweight can lead to exclusion from participation! Changes on the competition day can only be accepted, if at all possible, after payment of a € 5,00 fee.

Weight changes

Weight changes can be passed by email ( friesemasters@gmail.com) before the 18^th of April 2024.

Entrance

The spectator entrance fee is € 3,00 per person, including a program booklet. Children up to 12 years are free of charge.

Responsibility

Participation is at your own risk. The organization cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered due to accidents, loss or theft of property etc.

 

Do not leave any valuables in the dressing rooms!

Privacy

By registering for the event the participants agree to the electronic storage of their for the competition relevant data and their publication in notices, on the Internet and in other publications. The same applies to the photo and video recordings.
